    I am going to let you the customer know if they help me I've been waiting well over one week they said they would help me they promised to help me with a problem and this was supposed to be finished on Thursday it is now Sunday afternoon and I've sent them more then enough emails I'm still waitress ng for customer service and support they promised to have help me and ??? Nothing yet I'll keep you posted this should have been taking care of long before today you know I want to let other know I have no problem with the World Series of poker it was instant help and instant results no haggle also fresh deck poker no problems no haggle ...... Poker King ....promised to help me in one week ..... I'm waiting and it has been much more then one week and nothing from poker King

    I was told over a week ago I would have some help from customer service it's been well over a week and still no help they are now not responding back to all of my emails and no reply with the help I've been promised??? Hello customer service

    Like i have mentioned many times before, my id is in minus, something have definately gone wrong from your system. Thing i dont understand is that why you aint answering my requests and keep deleting them. earlier you said that you did not block me from your end, but you can s till help me if you really want to... which i dont see happening in any ways.

    i have requested and pleaded most humbly in all my requests which i do again.
    Please help me to recover my account so i can play again. or if you think you cannot do that so please have courtesy to tell me that.

    I take it from all these comments that a password reset email will never come threw and probably has never worked at all. So basically make a new account and start from the bottom again? And pay to get chips... such a scam..
